Bloody Mary Almonds

Ingredients
  • 120g whole natural almonds
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Preparation
  1. Put the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat for about 1 minute to toast them, shaking the pan occasionally.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, stir well, then cook for a few moments until the liquid has evaporated and the almonds are coated.
  3. Cool, then serve. Perfect with a pre-dinner drink!
  4. TIP: You could substitute soy sauce for the Worcestershire sauce.
