- 120g whole natural almonds
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce

- Put the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat for about 1 minute to toast them, shaking the pan occasionally.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, stir well, then cook for a few moments until the liquid has evaporated and the almonds are coated.
- Cool, then serve. Perfect with a pre-dinner drink!
- TIP: You could substitute soy sauce for the Worcestershire sauce.
