Peri-peri Almonds

DESCRIPTION:

Put the almonds into a frying pan with the olive oil and heat gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the lemon zest and peri-peri seasoning or Cajun seasoning and cook for another 20-30 seconds, stirring. Remove from the heat and cool. Share equally between 2 sealable pots or food bags. Fiery and finger-licking!
