North African Spiced Almonds

DESCRIPTION:

Put the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally to toast the almonds. Add the ras-el-hanout seasoning and orange zest and cook for another 20-30 seconds, stirring. Remove from the heat and cool. Share equally between 2 sealable pots or food bags. A spicy and fragrant nibble.
