Almond Ginger Nut Slabs

A perfect on-the-go snack that is a delicious blend of ginger, cinnamon, oats and almonds.
2 cups almonds
3/4 cup medjool dates
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oats
- Add the almonds to the blender and blend until ground.
- Add in the ginger, cinnamon and oats, pulsing until combined.
- Now add in the dates, blending until a raw dough forms. Press into a small brownie dish or tray, and cut into 8 squares.
- Press an optional almond into the top of each slab.
