DESCRIPTION:

A perfect on-the-go snack that is a delicious blend of ginger, cinnamon, oats and almonds. 


INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups almonds

3/4 cup medjool dates

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup oats


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

  1. Add the almonds to the blender and blend until ground.
  2. Add in the ginger, cinnamon and oats, pulsing until combined.
  3. Now add in the dates, blending until a raw dough forms. Press into a small brownie dish or tray, and cut into 8 squares.
  4. Press an optional almond into the top of each slab.
