DESCRIPTION:

Combination of juicy sultanas, crunchy almonds, sharp goji berries and coconut flakes - all baked with sweet maple, coconut oil and spices.  


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups almonds

1 cup coconut flakes

1 cup sultanas

1/2 cup goji berries

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

1) Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.

2) Add the almonds, coconut flakes, sultanas and goji berries to a bowl. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon - mixing well to coat all of the dry ingredients.

3) Pour the ingredients onto a baking tray, making sure they are spread out. Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool before storing in an air tight container.
