200g caster sugar

4tbl water

300g blanched almonds

1 greaseproof paper sheet


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

Put sugar and water in a pan, let it cooks until the sugar becomes yellow, then, take the pan off the heat. Add almonds and mix delicately. Pour the mixture in the greaseproof paper sheet and spread it with a spoon or spatula. Wait until the caramel is completely cool (1 hour). Break it in little pieces. You can keep them in a iron box, away from humidity. ¾ ¾
