Bloody Mary Almonds
Enjoy the flavour of a cocktail without the alcohol, but with some extra nutrients! This snack mix is the perfect pre-dinner nibble to serve guests.
120g whole natural almonds
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Put the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat for about 1 minute to toast them, shaking the pan occasionally. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, stir well, then cook for a few moments until the liquid has evaporated and the almonds are coated. Cool, then serve. Perfect with a pre-dinner drink!
TIP: You could substitute soy sauce for the Worcestershire sauce.
